The Challenge

The Su Bha Man Group, a prominent developer, faced a series of challenges in their endeavor to establish a strong brand identity and effectively market their projects.

One of the initial hurdles was the creation of a compelling and distinctive corporate logo that would embody the essence of the group. Developing a comprehensive corporate identity, including a brand line, presented another significant challenge. Furthermore, the client needed to promote their real estate projects through various marketing materials, such as Direct Mailer, Brochures, Standees, and Hoardings.

Solution

To address these challenges, we adopted a strategic approach. For the corporate identity, we worked on designing a logo that encapsulated the values and vision of Su Bha Man Group.

Additionally, We crafted a brand line that would resonate with the audience and reinforce the group's identity. The marketing campaign for their real estate projects was centered on the tagline "aaple ghar," which translates to "your home." The visual elements of the campaign featured a sparrow couple, symbolizing the dream of owning an affordable, secure, and nature-centric dream home. These visuals incorporated the appeal of hill stations and the tranquility of nature, emphasizing the unique selling points of the group's properties.
