Challenge

Unique Diagnostics approached us with the goal of establishing a strong visual identity that reflects the precision and reliability of their diagnostic services. The task was to design a complete brand package — including a logo, corporate identity, and office branding, and marketing collateral such as leaflets. The materials needed to be simple yet eye-catching, and easily comprehensible for individuals from all backgrounds — a particularly important factor in healthcare, where clarity can directly affect a patient's experience and trust.

Solution

Our creative process began with in-depth research into diagnostic practices, patient needs, and visual trends in healthcare branding. From this foundation, we designed a unique logo that embodies the essence of diagnostic science and care. The logo combines the visual elements of a human figure, a DNA strand, and the fluidity of test-related liquids to represent the process of human biological testing. This creative composition speaks to both the technical precision and the personal care that Unique Diagnostics offers its clients. The color palette was derived from tones commonly associated with medical testing liquids — cool blues and greens with subtle gradients — to reflect accuracy, cleanliness, and calm. These colors help reinforce a sense of trust and professionalism while making the design visually appealing.

Accompanying the logo is the tagline “Follow & Believe,” which captures the brand's promise. It encourages patients to trust the diagnostic process and to believe in the accuracy of the results provided. This message also resonates internally, inspiring staff to uphold high standards in every test and interaction.

The visual identity was extended across corporate materials, including business cards, letterheads, and envelopes, all designed with clean layouts and strong brand consistency. Office branding was implemented through signage, wall graphics, and interior visuals that align with the logo and colors, creating a unified brand experience from the moment a patient walk through the door.

It features clear typography and helpful visuals that guide the reader through the types of tests offered and what each step involves, making it easy for any patient to understand the process and the benefits of timely diagnosis. Client Feedback The team at Unique Diagnostics expressed high satisfaction with the final results.
