In healthcare, trust is everything. Expecting mothers are not only seeking medical solutions — they are seeking reassurance, comfort, and emotional security. When Sandoz prepared to introduce Rozirich tablets, a new iron therapy for the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency anemia, the brand recognized that conventional pharmaceutical communication would not be enough.

Rozirich offered a rare advantage: the same hemoglobin-boosting efficacy as ferrous sulfate - without side effects. This scientific strength needed to be translated into an emotionally compelling, easily understandable, and culturally inclusive narrative.

Thus began the journey of the Happy Mom Campaign ¬- a campaign designed not just to inform, but to emotionally support expecting mothers through their most delicate life phase.

Challenge

Sandoz faced multiple strategic and communication challenges:

• Educating expecting mothers about iron deficiency anemia in a reassuring, non-alarming manner. • Establishing Rozirich as equally effective as ferrous sulfate while clearly highlighting its side-effect-free safety profile. • Breaking through conventional pharmaceutical communication with an emotionally engaging narrative. • Creating a campaign that addressed not only physical health but also the emotional well-being of motherhood. • Ensuring accessibility across diverse linguistic and cultural audiences.

The “Happy Mom” Campaign

We crafted a campaign rooted in a simple yet powerful insight: A healthy mother is a happy mother — and a happy mother creates a healthy future. The Happy Mom campaign positioned Rozirich as a gentle, trustworthy companion in a mother’s pregnancy journey — allowing her to focus on joy, comfort, and anticipation rather than health concerns.

Visual Storytelling

The campaign featured smiling, confident expecting mothers engaged in everyday joyful moments — walking, relaxing, bonding, and embracing pregnancy with peace of mind. These visuals reinforced the emotional promise: Rozirich lets you enjoy motherhood, worry-free.

Rozirich Patient Kit

A specially designed Rozirich Patient Kit became the heart of patient engagement. • The cover carried a warm smile - symbolizing hope, positivity, and care. • Inside, a structured treatment schedule guided patients step-by-step through their health journey. • The kit transformed treatment into an emotionally supportive experience rather than a medical routine.

Stages of Pregnancy Leaflet

To further enhance patient connection, we created a “Stages of Pregnancy” leaflet: • Month-wise visual illustrations of baby development. • Clear, friendly explanations of each growth stage. • Designed to educate, reassure, and emotionally engage. • Thoughtfully translated into seven languages, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility across diverse patient groups.

This tool empowered mothers to emotionally bond with their baby’s journey while staying informed.

On-Ground Brand Presence

To maintain consistency and recall, we extended the Happy Mom theme across: Standee designs featuring smiling pregnant women. Danglers reinforcing the happiness-centric brand message. Strategic placement ensured high visibility and strong emotional reinforcement at clinics and hospitals. Together, these elements created a cohesive and memorable brand environment.
