Lupin- Respira division faced several challenges related to increasing product sales and achieving their marketing targets. One of the key challenges was the need to organize an effective marketing meeting that could motivate and engage their sales force. Additionally, the company needed to create marketing materials, including a telegram, docket with target booklets, and standees, which would effectively convey their message and objectives to the sales team.
To challenges, the Lupin- Respira division launched "Operation Prahaar - Marketing Meeting." They started by creating a compelling telegram that resembled a war declaration, using a strong and motivational tone. The telegram conveyed the urgency of the situation and called for the sales team to report at a specific location and time. This telegram was accompanied by a visually engaging folder with a war-themed background and two target booklets. The folder emphasized the need for well-planned and informed targeting of competitors in the market. The target booklets included clear visuals and copy to define the sales team's targets and encourage them to "Mark, Aim, and Eliminate" the competition effectively.
In addition to the telegram and target booklets, the company utilized standees to further reinforce the message. Each standee featured a visual and copy related to different aspects of the sales strategy. The visuals and copy on the standees encouraged the sales team to observe, know their competitors, shoot at the right opportunities, spot and aim at their targets, intensify focus, and ultimately conquer the market. The "Operation Prahaar - Marketing Meeting" campaign effectively addressed the challenges by creating an engaging and motivating marketing strategy that not only captured the attention of the sales team but also provided them with clear guidance and objectives. The use of war-themed visuals and a strong call to action in the telegram, as well as the visually appealing target booklets and standees, contributed to a successful marketing meeting that would likely result in increased product sales and achievement of targets.
